Whenever I eat here I get the feeling that everything is precooked and I'm just getting microwaved left overs. I ordered the ribs, they came luke-warm and the fries were cold. The only thing which I can say for sure was just cooked was the corn. My son's pizza on the other hand was fresh made. The service was great. What Ezekiel P doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Waited extremely long for our food, when I received mines there was stuff in my plate and had to send it back. Waited even longer to get my plate, and saw dead insects in the bathroom next to the sink. Food was too expensive for the visit, asked for a manager and one waited 50+ minutes to show up to our table. Will not be going back to this restaurant. View all feedback.
My ribs were so hard that I couldn't eat them. First time that has happened to me personally.
Sat at the bar. Bartender was awesome. Very attentive. Left my retainer in a napkin and forgot it. It got thrown away. I called and asked if I could go dig threw trash to find it. Trash had already been thrown and they went, pulled it out, and went thru multiple bags and found it. Super sweet people that helped me. ️ Nothing but great reviews for this awesome service.
The server was very polite and had a great attitude, she had many tables to take care of in the bar area. I had the chicken crispers with fries and corn on the cob. I gotta be honest it was the corn on the cob that made me order it. The chicken was crisp and was not dry. The fries were hot and seasoned, the corn on the cob did not disappoint. Overall a very nice dinner.
I ordered the Old Timer with Cheese without lettuce, tomato, and onion. It came out nicely cooked and was very good. The fries were hot, fresh, and crispy. The water that I had was watery. I was happy with my meal and left satisfied.
It was very clean staff was amazing service was great we really enjoyed our dinner thank you guys!!!!
