Placed an order online to which they missed an item. I called the store asked for a refund or points to my account and they hung up in my face! Staff is extremely rude and needs to be retrained soon or this location will shut down! View all feedback.
Every single employee there is very inviting and easy to talk to!
I absolutely love the smoothies here and they have lots of options.
I got three smoothies. They didn’t make the right smoothies somehow. How do you make a different smoothie then order????. Didn’t realize til I was home in Manhattan. Does not want to fix mistakes unless they see the product. The worker in there acted very rude about it. Told me she had to call the manager to get a refund and then when I asked to talk to the manager she was the manager. I filled out the survey about this location and they never called me. I also emailed and nothing so those comments on here are for show. Take your money else where and use it where there is better customer service.
I always get the delicious mango ginger smoothie. Today I was almost home when I tasted it. The smoothie was very bitter, watery was the wrong color and didn't taste right. Usually it is thick with a great mango flavor. Very disappointing. Won't be going back to this location.
