Awful. Used the app to order since they closed the inside an hour early. Waited a few min and went to the drive thru. Told him my number, said he didnt have it. He asked my name, he said he has an order for that name but #8. He told me the order, not mine. Popeyes app is telling me #9, and i confirmed I was at the right address.
