Staff accidentally messed up my toppings, manager on the phone tonight, Tuesday January 10th, was extremely nice and caring and offered to send me a new pizza or get a credit, and I took the credit because I didn’t want somebody to drive back this way. Not often you here somebody with that level of customer service over the phone. I wish I got his name cause you need to give that guy a raise. View all feedback.

The times I have ordered from here the food was good, but dealing with the rewards that gets the price to something reasonable is a giant pain and the rear and makes the whole experience awful. It 's impossible to get anyone on the phone, I just get stuck in automated phone hell and the online chat-bot sucks. View all feedback.
Over an hour for a single pizza delivery less than 4 miles from the store. Asking for a discount response of if it’s not there in 5 minutes call back.
