"I always get a great customer service here. they get super busy sometimes and they get to see how hard they work to make sure that the waiting time is not long. the customer service is just as good when it is busy as if it is not."

"I cant believe this place is so good. I get a sushi burrito and its been consistently fantastic. The gyoza are also, for some reason, among the best Ive had. Also the only place nearby Ive found Aloha canned juices, which are delicious. I look forward to visiting in person!"

"I've only been shopping here for a few years but, it is the freshest seafood around. I love their snow crab legs, spiced shrimp, smoked chicken quarters, BBQ ribs. The sides are pretty awesome too, the black bean salad and shrimp tortellini go great with everything. I also have to give the girls behind the counter their chops they work hard and are very customer service orientated. Daps to the kitchen staff too! Sincerely, Rodger Moran Mt. Airy, MD"

"NEVER EVER AGAIN…. The holiday traffic was horrible. Drove and hour with a disable child to pick up an order. Half of the order was missing when I got home. Took me another half hour to get someone on the phone. After I explained the situation I was told I would have to drive back to the store for a refund. Never got a sorry and the person I spoke with on the phone seemed more annoyed than I was. Chick Fila will never get another dollar from me again."

"Wow.....over 400 sodas? I was overwhelmed just by the multiple unique root beers to choose from for my root beer float. I got the Appalachian Root Beer, which was fantastic. They also have vegan ice cream (yum! for sundaes or shakes, and will even top it off for you with coconut whipped cream! We will be back soon for their vegan sloppy joes too! Just stop in sometime to take it all in you will love this little gem of a place in downtown Frederick!"

"The BEST pretzels I’ve tried so far, especially for the price. Only $3 each, and the size of about a hand and a half. The classic one was so good: buttery, salted, warm, fluffy, and with a nice doughy pretzel taste to it. It was so good that we came back to order a second time. Service was really fast: only around a 5 minute wait time for our pretzels. I will definitely be coming back here. The other flavors, like cinnamon sugar, parmesan, and garlic weren’t too bad either, but something about the classic made it so addicting. I think its because they put more butter on the classic ones. Regardless, you won’t regret checking this place out."
