McDonald's - New Minas

I've never had my meal made wrong so many times in my life. Every time I go there they manage to mess up something. I mean how hard is it to just give me the food I ordered. Its also become very unfriendly to families because its normally full of seniors.

Not once, not twice, but ever time we go to this macdonalds they mess something up. We have not gone there once without them forgetting something or making something wrong, they just slap the food together and send it out. With the COVID drive thru my boyfriend had to walk back up to the window 3 times cause they messed our order up you know how embarrassing it is to have to go back up to the window 3 times!!! They definitely need to train there employees better , there rude, forgetful, and most of them just don’t care.. totally not exceptable!!!

We are in a pandemic! Stop handing me the coffee cup by the lid ie holding the cup by the lid with your fingers where i put my lips to drink it! Hold it by the sides. I also know that when you put the lid on you push it down with your palm or fingers also getting germs where I but my lips! This is not good.

Maddy at the window was kind, fast and even replaced the coke line for us so it wouldn’t be watered down! Definitely new favourite worker.

It’s McDonalds so what can I say that most don’t all ready know. My endorsement is regarding the new Angus Burgers. I love the Montreal Steak Spice Burger. It has brought me back to McDonald’s now and I will try some of the other new menu items. And the Fries... well what can I say. I am happily feeling guilty of having and loving these. If you haven’t tried one of the new Burgers, give it a try and you may find a new love for McDonalds again
