The staff was great and the lobby is beautiful. The bed was too soft so both I and my 19 year old daughter woke up sore. The pool was closed, and there was construction around the gym which made access difficult (there’s also no signage, so it’s hard to find).Rooms: Rooms look nice, but are a bit run down. Oh My goodness, we dreamed of staying here, and once we checked in, all our dreams flew away. The first thing in the open essential app that the hotel recommends you use doesn't work: the pool is closed, and they charged us for parking.
