Setting aside their very worthy mission, this is one of those rare places that you can tell every ingredient and everything done to it along the way has been studied and perfected and passed down, but comes together in a way that isn’t at all overwrought. Really some of the best, most artfully put together food I’ve ever had. I am really hoping to find a copy of their cookbook. read more.

"The food was good, but unfortunately not the $240/person price day. The warm lobster salad was very salty and the pan meerrote G... the wine pairing has not impressed us either. We enjoyed the lamb and Pavlova. There was also a mix with a credit card, and the restaurant took 4 phone calls at 10 a.m. to find out. Very unique building/layout. We can return for drinks in the future. I would not recommend the tasting menu, not worth it at their price."
