very nice people, although they don't speak much English, but they have published a lot of pictures from eating, making it easier for them to communicate. when they order, delivery is on time and eating is hot. but they have to insist on asking for any kind of choke like soy sauce, or they can not have in their package. Customer service is great on entrance. Thought I called and ordered and the guy told me that everything was included in the lunch special then then told me no drink, no egg roll and no shrimp rice. Only meat, white rice or pork rice. Then I pick up my food. And customer service was great. Though I look at my rice and there was only 4 shrimp in it.
