I took my parents to Effervescence because the first time we went it was so much fun. This time was dreadful. Our waiter appeared to be on drugs. His hands were shaking and he kept forgetting about us. My dad asked about his drink and the waiter repeated “its known to be very good.” Thats all he knew about it.
