What Mitch G likes about Empanola:
New Year and finally trying something different. got three different fillings , all were excellent. The hangry was a perfect amount for dinner. Only suggestion would be to protect the edge with foil like a pie crust to keep them from getting overdone. The edges on mine 2 were hard to bite into without squeezing filling out. one was perfect. Will definitely try Empanola. Want to try some other flavors. View all feedback.

"My meal here was so delicious! Everything was sooo tasteful and packed with spices, and tasted very fresh, a welcome branch from the usual New Orleans tariff. Our server was very knowledgeable and pointed to any vegan option in the menu (and there was a lot). Although prices are somewhat steep, everything is divided so if you order correctly, it is not so bad. The hummus with grilled eggplant and fresh pita was delicious. The Shakshouka without fried egg was also amazing. Be careful! The baba ganoush has acid cream! So sad! The place is clean and cute and it is located on the magazine street that is really fun to go around! Definitely worth a visit!"
