I wanted to try New Orleans Iced coffee and was recommended this place. It's a good local alternative to national chains. If you're from out of town skip Starbucks and go here. Really good coffee, I even bought some to bring home with me. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about French Truck Coffee:
Had searched online for coffee shop reviews and recommended French Truck. As we entered, we saw that she was using a super automatic machine. I'm always skeptical, as they simply not only draw shots, but also a semi-automatic and almost always under extracted. We spoke to the barista who was super helpful and friendly and decided to give it a try. Remove americano and latte. We said the company went to Superautomats... View all feedback.
Perfect place to grab a coffee in the mornings. Friendly service and quick at getting your drink ready. Highly recommend this coffee shop!! (I got the New Orleans Iced Coffee.
This is the second location I have visited, and I must say, I enjoyed this one even more than the first! The staff was just as friendly, the Cafe au lait I ordered was delicious, and the location was very clean and tidy. They had a wider variety of merchandise displayed nicely behind the counter. I am looking forward to trying the Oji cold brew at a third location tomorrow!
We decided to visit this restaurant for a change from the big chain coffee shops. I ordered the iced N.O. coffee while my wife opted for the hot coffee. The drinks had a good flavor, were filling, and the chicory taste was quite noticeable. It was convenient to have this restaurant located so close to our hotel. The only downside was that the coffee came in medium or large sizes only, but the portions were still generous for the price. Overall, a nice alternative to Starbucks.
Delicious local cafeteria in New Orleans. They offer very creative menu items. For instance, pressed waffles with goat cheese, prosciutto and honey. We also ordered the make your own biscuits and they were really good. I highly recommend you try the homemade pimento cheese, very tasty!
The coffee is fantastic, the atmosphere is trendy, and the service is prompt and welcoming. Be sure to drop by if you're in the area!
