What jgolddc likes about Margie's Cafe:
The servers were friendly, the food was delicious and the vibe fun and funky. We got the bbq veggies, which I couldn’t stop eating, crab salad, beef cheeks melt in your mouth delicious, shrimp so sweet and delicious, and corn bread heavenly! The pickled veggies were also fantastic. Two enthusiastic things up from all of our party! View all feedback.

What Seatrd doesn't like about Margie's Cafe:
Visited on July 19, 2022 with family. While the menu and ambitions with the respective courses are commendable the execution is awful. Out of six different menu items ordered only two were edible and the whole family left the establishment hungry. Our waitress was great and did a great job but the food is not worthy to be served to pets or even livestock. Avoid this place at all cost there are plenty of great food in... View all feedback.

"I was pleasantly surprised that Shaya lived up to the hype. Five stars. The fried chicken hummus is a must. Wait and order after this is finished. It was a perfect balance of savory and sweet on their amazing bread. If you only come for drinks and an appetizer then order this and be happy. A table favorite. The lamb was good. Tender and perfectly cooked. The flavor was mild and side salad was enough for us to both share. Cinnamon babka was yummy, but I might try another"

"The food was good, but unfortunately not the $240/person price day. The warm lobster salad was very salty and the pan meerrote G... the wine pairing has not impressed us either. We enjoyed the lamb and Pavlova. There was also a mix with a credit card, and the restaurant took 4 phone calls at 10 a.m. to find out. Very unique building/layout. We can return for drinks in the future. I would not recommend the tasting menu, not worth it at their price."
