I am in the city of minnesota for the week, stay in the balcony guest house above the silk road restaurant. Mexican delicacies make here on sundays and montages and I am here for dinner both nights because eating is simply excellent! the pastor meat is so juicy and tasteful and definitiw the best I ever had. Staff is good. The smoked burger and salmon was good so we returned to try the other food on the menu and that food was mediocre. Beef short ribs are not ribs, they are more like beef stew cubes with little flavor. The gumbo is ok along the duck. Nothing was great, just your average and I do mean average food.
