This place is a gem of a restaurant in New Paltz. I ordered the Elote trio to start. The corn is full sized and not cut in half. The first elote had mayo and queso fresco. The second had mayo, Tajin, and queso fresco, and the last one also had mayo, queso fresco, and chipotle ranch. For my main entre, I ordered the Chimichanga with Mole sauce. This place got my hopes up by the seeming authenticity of the place, but I was sooo disappointed. The service was so slow even though the woman was trying her best it just took a long time. I ordered a DRY burrito because the WET burrito was with sour cream and other wets on top of the burrito and I wasn’t interested in that. However I received a WET burrito and I was so upset.
