this restaurant led me to the wonderful eating that is soy curling. they have vegan pho, vegan soy curls over rice, vegan noodles (momo), and probably some other options. at one point I ordered the take-out from here 3x per month, but I have since learned how to buy and cook with soy curls, so that I only go here once every other month, it is still delicious. takeout service is great, they are very fast and beautiful... they definitely have vegan and gluten-free options. Vegan options are displayed in the menu. gf they must ask what is. the avocado reels are very bland and not ordered. had the vegetable pho without the soy protein (to make it gf). was a small bowl and only lack of taste and deep.
