What Luana Jost doesn't like about Aunt Millie’s Bbq:
Went to Aunt Millies BBQ on Little Rd tonight around 4:30 pm. It was my first time there. I was very disappointed and wont be back. I ordered the hamburg sliders and pork sliders. The burgers were horrible. It was put on a cut up bun that was equal to one slider, and very dry. I ordered fries for the side, which they did not have, so Coleslaw it was. The pork sliders were not any better. My advice is stay away. I wou... View all feedback.
I give this restaurant 3 stars for its nice service, but the food was not as good as I had hoped for from this city. They did not have french fries, so I had to settle for potatoes, which were just okay. The taste was decent, thanks to the broth they used. The pasta salad was the highlight of my meal, but the portions were disappointingly small. I also tried a chicken sandwich which could have been better, as the chicken was a bit dry and the sauce was just blobbed on top. Overall, I am not eager to return, but it was a unique experience and I heard an interesting story about the company's history on a truck.
After a busy day of furniture shopping, we decided to try this restaurant for the first time. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. We ordered two pulled chicken sandwiches, one with a side of macaroni and cheese, and the other with a side of potato salad. Everything was delicious! The macaroni and cheese was especially great. The prices were unbeatable. We will definitely be returning in the future.
The reason why the macaroni salad was the best that he had was because it was not left sitting out, but instead kept fresh and not stored in a box. Additionally, he noticed that the water in the pots used for boiling noodles and macaroni was changed regularly to ensure freshness. However, he was disappointed to see that dirty pots were used to re-cook burnt food, and he was shocked that the health inspector had not shut down the restaurant. The person claiming to be the owner's brother on the 19th seemed no better. It is advised not to eat at this BBQ as it seems to attract dirty individuals. The person named Mitch should not be trusted, as he uses religion to manipulate customers for their money. The food served here is not fit for consumption, even for animals. It is best to avoid Tante Millie's BBQ at all costs.
If they are bought after fast, tasteless, dry, store small portions which they do not finish because of the quality that costs the same as anywhere else, this place is for them. I don't like to leave any bad reviews, but I feel like I've blown out of money. I can respect a person hustle, but when it comes to eating, I have to see a proud of the plates I buy. my advice: don't give up, but they're kicking it
Best BBQ in the area. Have been there several times. Always Great!
