Everyone has their idea of what sushi should be. Is Nam's guaranteed to be your top 3? Maybe. Will it always be really good consistent? I understand short staffing can be hard but there was 17 people in the restaurant 2 waitresses and 1 runner. completely ignored other person at the table. only took one persons order AND brought out their food.
