What Drew V likes about Starbucks:
Ordered two Caramel Frappuccinos from a different location. They gave me two completely different drinks. On my way home I was passing this location. I gave them a call, told them what happened and they made them over for me. Thank you guys so very much!! View all feedback.

I just went to the Starbucks on 5220 Little Rd. I order 3 drinks the Med Caramel Frappuccino was free with my rewards. sad to say I lost my reward and got a something drink. The first girl that did it put extraaaa caramel super sweet. i spoke to an other rep she took the drink.. Gave it to other rep in the drive thru area.
