They just got kids running the store that don’t know how to run a store or make food. For the past year the food has been soggy and cold, and when it comes to hard shells they will always be broken. I work in fast food, It really isn’t that hard to make the best food you can with what you are given and I know for a fact there isn’t a reason for them to be having soggy food almost everytime. read more.

"Three stars for cozy and inviting atmosphere, and welcoming and friendly staff. Stars off for less than stellar service and mediocre menu. Saturday afternoon, early fall. When we ordered the staff mention they were short staffed but it was very late lunch (1:30 pm) and not too busy so we ordered and sat. There were multiple tables available but none had been bussed after the previous customers. So we bussed one ourselves. The other tables didn't get bussed until we wereleaving. We were two couples and the meal for one couple was brought out 20 minutes before the other couple's, creating that awkward situation where you have to choose between eating in front of your hungry friends or letting your meal getcold. The fries that came with two meals were barely warm and barely salted. One of the meals was an ethnic dish that wasn't even close to the actual ethnic dish."
