The lady/ owner? So friendly. She's a hard worker too. Coffee is great. Desserts are awesome. Love to sit and play keno there. There are a few tables. Like a good court. View all feedback.

What Shawn Gale doesn't like about Gourmet Cup:
2/3 visits here were horrible. The last time I asked for a coffee and cup of water for my 4-year-old son. The staff refused to give me a paper cup and instead poured 1/4 cup of water in a mug. She then said I had to drink it at the counter. I then noticed they had the same Costco water bottles that Costco charges .25cents for. I asked for a bottle. She said it was $2.92. I practically burst out in laughter. I walked over to Freshslice in the same food court and bought a bottle of Dasani for $1.40.When I ended up drinking the coffee a few minutes later in was bland and watery. I'll never return to this business again. You're better off to visit the nearby A&W--cheaper, better coffee, and way better service. The only reason I didn't this time was that it was closed for Xmas eve.
