Pro's-It's in Harlem and who doesn't love Harlem -Street parking available -Decent prices on the menu (I got the grilled fish with plantain)-Food came out very quick (major surprise) -Friendly staff Con's-Not enough flavour on the fish -The restaurant could use some major TLC-Bathroom had no soap View all feedback.

We ordered the red thiebou dieune it was excellent. The service was very slow but the food compensated for the wait time.
