It is a bakery-café. I had breakfast here almost every day during my 10-day stay in NYC. I love their sticky buns. You have to wait in the same line to buy something as you do to sit down and eat, but once you order and pay, they bring your food to your table. They speak both English and Spanish. AMY'S BREAD is a well-known chain of BAKERIES in Manhattan, with branches in the neighborhoods of Chelsea, the Village, and also in Midtown. The photos I am attaching are from the Chelsea location, which is in the CHELSEA MARKET, where they work from dawn every day to make BREAD from scratch. They bake over a hundred different items, in different shapes and sizes; they use whole grains, organic products, and flour to make delicious dough. The production is completely ARTISANAL, almost everything is made BY HAND and in view of the public. In addition to the different and tasty breads, they make a variety of pastries, cookies, and cakes. In this location, they have 12 tables where you can sit down to enjoy one of their products, with a delicious coffee or a soft drink. You can also place an order and take it home or to your hotel. In front of AMY'S BREAD, a trio of musicians performed beautiful music, which, as commented, is hired by this business and really gives it a different touch.

Delicious small bakery. Lots of bread options, various two-tier cakes, muffins, rolls, but also soups... and reasonable prices. There are several locations: Chelsea Market, West Village, and Midtown.
