Patrons enjoy the afternoon tea, noting exceptional food quality and outstanding service, especially for special occasions. While some patrons wish for improvements in the food quality and service speed, the lovely ambiance and meticulous service make dining at this establishment a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for traditional English tea with fresh and tasty food, as well as exceptional service that goes above and beyond to make special occasions memorable.
I highly recommend Afternoon Tea at Astor Court for a memorable highclass experience. My mother and I each ordered the Dali Tea. The highlight is a small print of Salvador Dali’s painting The Persistence of Memory melting clocks framed in delicious dark chocolate with a white chocolate back plus two chocolate paintbrushes. All of the other savory and sweet pieces were equally tasty. Even the salmon mousse with caviar was delicious! Two of the pieces were decorated with edible gold leaf. Our server Juan Manuel was helpful and friendly. The Astor Court’s decor is exquisite with cherubic murals and a blue sky painted ceiling. We felt like we were having tea at the home of a Rockefeller. We’re looking forward to going again
Delicious food, good seats and friendly staff. I have gone for both restaurant week and nonrestaurant week options
