Latin American and Indian cuisines are not an easy synergy, but Vermilion does a game job of trying to fuse the two. The food was tasty and imaginative. Early days, not too many customers, which meant we got very good service. If their business takes off, as I hope it will, I expect they will need to hire more people. View all feedback.
