What Cheyanne Smitham likes about Azabu:
sushi azabu is my favorite place in nyc. they have a great selection of fishing. server are knowledgeable and very attentive. they even explain all the fish on the teller for them. as they don't have a alcoholic license at the moment, they have a good choice of tees and they need to try the bio yuzu matcha tee. they get a pot enough to share for 2. they receive a confirmation call regarding their reservation and the... Excellent service, our waiter and the staff were very attentive and nice. Nothing fancy on the place, looks actually quite cheap. The food mostly ok but i am pretty upset by the dessert where i felt the restaurant was making fun of me, making me unsure about the quality of the rest: we had a single strawberry. Ok it was really flavorful but it really felt like a joke. View all feedback.

read moreSushi Azabu in NYC is a restaurant that has received both glowing and critical reviews. The service has been praised for being excellent and attentive, with knowledgeable servers who provide great explanations of the menu offerings. The restaurant offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a date night or special occasion. The food quality is highlighted as very high, with fresh and flavorful sushi and sashimi that melt in your mouth. read moreEating at Sushi Azabu was the highlight of my trip to New York and one of the top restaurants I've ever been to in my life.
We got the $180 omakase with both the uni and toro tastings, and while the sushi (and other dishes) were good, it was really not that standout considering
I surprised my girlfriend for her birthday with an omakase dinner at Azabu.
