The Cellar was a great experience underneath of Beecher's. I had been to the Beecher's in Seattle previously and it was such a small location that I really was able to appreciate this dining experience underneath the cheese making process upstairs. It was the first time here for me and 4 more friends. We had a good time and we enjoyed the meal. We tried the mac n' cheese and they were amazing (very big portion) and the grilled cheese and tomato soup were also very good. View all feedback.
