What Devan Gulgowski likes about Blue Ribbon Downing Street:
The restaurant is open until very late, which makes it perfect for a place to relax after work. Great bar for a cold drink, spend some time or hang with friends. The oysters were the best I had so far in my whole life! So, if you're a oyster like me, you should get her totally. Loved the ambience of the place and service was excellent. You also have a rather large selection of wines that is always beautiful. View all feedback.

Tiny tiny place, 15 seats. Good cocktail and wine list. The food is small portions and is over priced. No ambiance on a Tuesday and bartender didn't have much personality. Not sure how this is rated 4.7. View all feedback.
My favorite bar in the city. Great bartenders, food and vibe!!!
Bartenders were amazing suggesting different reds and whites based on what I wanted. I'd definitely recommend having a wine here!
