I've been to this place many times, despite the poor service the food is quite good and reasonably priced. However on this last occasion that I went there I was had made a reservation on open table but sat in the bar high top tables and was told that because I had made a reservation through open table I was not entitled to take advantage of the happy hour menu being offered in the bar area that I was sitting in. What Elyse Gerlach doesn't like about Boccone:
I read good reviews about this place but ended up very disappointed. The Tea Salad was very sour and my wife ordered fish sauce to make the taste better. I had the Chicken Dau Bauk and the leg was small and very dry. I felt I ate more rice than the chicken, very over priced. This place does not come close to Burma Superstar in SF. View all feedback.
I was disappointed to arrive at the restaurant and find it closed, without receiving any notification from either the restaurant or Open Table.
We had made reservations on OpenTable, but it was not working when we arrived at the restaurant.
This restaurant is permanently closed and no longer accepting reservations.
The place is CLOSED DOWN. Please remove them from your site. I showed up to meet friends there and it was abandoned.
