The outdoor ambience was so loud and horrible because the street work and construction. If I am paying $20 for a small tapa, I don’t want to feel I’m eating street food. I requested to sit inside but they can only put us in the bar. Also the food was cold except the shrimp. The albóndigas (meatballs) were dry cold and not much taste.
