The Cowgirl Hall of Fame is my favorite New York restaurant. It's an institution. One of the last surviving fantastic West Village restaurant in a neighborhood that has been decimated by greedy landlords pricing out local businesses. Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated.
