always friendly and attentive. our most important dishes were excellent, especially the filet and Chilean meeres bass. some of the courts not so much. the embellished spinach was blande, and the steak fried while hot, didn't seem all the way cooked. were moderate. there were already some paintings and the first time a contempt with the resistance. started great as you walk in. Beautiful room. Great service. But let’s get to the food… 1) lobster bisque was more tomato bisque 2) mixed salads were not washed. grainy/dirty/gritty salad 3) porterhouse for two, was as bland as I have ever had any piece of meat. Not one piece of seasoning or salt on it. just tasteless…not even meat flavor 4) mashed potatoes were incredibly bad and tasteless we had to skip the desert... View all feedback.
eating and ambiente was good! there is only one unisex room in the hotel lobby.
The website promoted a New Year happy hour and did not honor it when i arrived. The staff seemed uninterested and were not accommodating.
