Jin Ramen - New York

Some very good, genuine ramen here. I also was a fan of their buns, green beans, and japanese soda. The spicy tonkotsu was good but not very spicy, so good thing they provide extra spice on the side at tables. The ramen was great but doesn't stand above a couple of my other favorite Manhattan ramen spots: Tonchin and Ivan.
