What User likes about Koyo:
Excellent experience. Did the sushi omakase. Wayne was a great chef. We loved how he honored the fish, accenting each one with creative flavors but not overwhelming them. There were no crazy toppings- just pure, fresh and minimal. Kind service as well.Will probably go back to try the kaiseki. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Koyo:
Very dissapointed for the Omakase with $170 plus tax and tip. First 3 appetizers had no taste and they did not whet any appetite. All sushi had no taste. A few of them were fishy and not fresh. Was the Uni from Hokkaido???? No taste. Could noteven finish the soup. The taste was herb and the soup did not go with the Sushi. Chef should rather serve traditional misosoup at the end.
