the pizza is a hidden gem in east harlem. eating is wonderful, the prices are moderate, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the menu is so much more than pizza, although the pizza is also delicious. my colleagues and I work in a nearby hospital and often go to lexington ave. pizza. we have never been disappointed. What Yara V doesn't like about Lexington Pizza Parlour:
Ordered the large pizza with pepperoni, NY style not brick oven, and it was ok. Sadly the bottom was very burnt and the crust was too thin to be considered a NY style pizza. View all feedback.
Best service! Patrick and Maria are so customer service oriented you'd think it was their kitchen! The sauce is what I base an Italian restaurant on and theirs tastes like my Nanas! Was there no less than 8 times on my previous trip to the city, never dissapointed!

We tried their Pizza, Pasta and their famous Artichokes and everything was perfect!
So super close to mount Sinai hospital and it's the best Italian around the neighborhood! It's my new go to spot!!!!
To Charles and ALL the staff at this FANTASTIC restaurant, THANK YOU for making my Birthday even MORE FABULOUS!!! The food at your establishment is SUPERB and the service IMPECCABLE!!!! Our group couldn't have picked a better restaurant. EVERYONE was impressed!!! I KNOW I'll be back and I think all of the folks who were with me will, as well. So happy I lucked out and found such an amazing spot!!!
