I placed an order on Friday Feb 11th and was very impressed with the customer service I received. The vase that was originally supposed to be included wasn't available, Bridget personally called me to let me know it was out of stock and what other options were available. Ordered flowers from out of state for a funeral — the owner was absolutely fantastic to work with. I was trying for a “next day” delivery for the flowers, but there was an eminent snow storm forecasted for the next day. Owner made a personal call to me, we came up with a plan to so that the flowers could be delivered the same day (within ~an hour of my order). Would absolutely recommend! View all feedback.
