Makana - New York

What Jane R likes about Makana:
I got a salmon poke bowl on greens (kale) with a side of spicy mayo. It was very tasty with lots of soybeans and a generous serving of crab salad and seaweed salad. The fish was impeccably fresh and delicious. I would have liked a little bit more marinade sauce, but the freshness of the fish and my side of spicy mayo was perfect. What Matthew Landry doesn't like about Makana:
Terrible service. Well actually, no service at all?I ordered food for pickup, went to pick it up 45 minutes later and the order hadn’t even been made yet. Was told to wait 15 minutes. Obviously I cancelled the order becsuse it’s unacceptable.Called and asked to speak to a manager. I was refused and hung up on. Called back and was again picked up and hung up on.
