What marc amedeo doesn't like about Mr Chow:
Exceptional server who gave great guidance on the menu, best lemon drop martini ever, excellent food. We especially liked the lobster vermicelli, Beijing chicken, and sautéed rice with shrimp. View all feedback.
Expensive, old-school/classic New York Chinese food. Excellent service but new places have overtaken this.
Nice food, lovely outdoor dining space, kind staff. I gather it is a New York classic but I've been to more up-to-date places with a better value for money
Great location for tasty chinese food. I love eating here. Reminds me of a restaurant in Philadelphia that I enjoyed.
The team here is supior to the other locations i have frequented. Food is very consistent which is important when you spend 500+ on an outing.
Staff was great. Food not so good but as a Chicago resident, there's no food like Chicago. We thought this place would be amazing but it was below average. Environment was cool and staff was nice. That's about it. Five stars for experience. Your food not so much. Step it up. We went to McDonald's after and had a better meal.
