Staff was great. Food not so good but as a Chicago resident, there's no food like Chicago. We thought this place would be amazing but it was below average. Environment was cool and staff was nice. The food was great and as expected/advertised. The service was not. We showed up at the time of our reservation (8 PM on Friday) to an absolute mob scene. The table where we would eventually be seated at was vacant from the time of our arrival at 7:55 until we actually got seated at nearly 8:30.
