My top 3 favorite dishes : Avocado tartare, Shredded brussel sprouts with quinoa Bacon wrapped short rib skewers. Also their skirt steak is to die for, so juicy and tasty omg my mouth is watering just thinking about it! The vibe there is swanky af, dimly lit with gorgeous decor everywhere and it turns into a club a late at night! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Noir:
Terrible experience. We had reservations and had to wait long until we were ready. Finally, after we get our table after an hour, the kitchen was closed and forced to leave. The waitress had just brought our second round of drinks and desert, and a crew came and had to go through the whole table in garbage trailers because they wanted to give our table to someone.
