What Jamie Lynn likes about Orso - NYC:
My sister, mom, and I just ate at Orso for the first time and it did not disappoint! Nice quaint spot with great waitresses! The risotto was out of this world!!! My sister had the stuffed quail which was super and mom had the fettuccine also very good. Will definitely stop here again!! View all feedback. What Vénus doesn't like about Orso - NYC:
I had high expectations of the restaurants but it was rather dissapointed; I do not think I'd return. It is expensive; the food is simple. I ordered risotto and it was tasteless and as if was already pre-cooked. Service was quick and focus on offering more drinks. I try to think but could not find anything especial about the place. Excellent eating, service and ambiente. can not wait to go back.
The service and the food was excellent. This is easily some of the best food I have had in my many visits to Manhattan.
Cute place with excellent service and good food! Perfect for pre-theater dinner
So happy Orso is back!! Great service, great food. I love it here.

read moreLocated in the heart of the theater district, Orso offers a great pre-theater dining experience with delectable dishes like baby artichokes appetizer, roasted cauliflower, stuffed quail, and branzino. The restaurant consistently delivers friendly and efficient service with delicious food, creating a perfect atmosphere for conversations. Oscar's, on the other hand, excels in breakfast with a welcoming buffet and excellent service. Both restaurants provide an ideal setting for before or after the theater, offering a warm, intimate ambiance, delicious food, and top-notch service. While Oscar's impresses with a variety of food options and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Orso shines with its cozy glam atmosphere and attentive staff. A great spot for a Sunday brunch, Oscar's at the Waldorf offers a diverse buffet spread, although missing Eggs Benedict, with exceptional service that goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, both Orso and Oscar's provide an exceptional dining experience worth revisiting.
