What sandra koch doesn't like about Otto's Tacos:
I placed an early order (at 9:40 am) to receive my order at 2:30. The delivery estimate said between 2:30 and 2:40. I called the location at 2:55 to get an update since it hadn't arrived yet. They told me my food has been ready, but they're waiting on one of their deliverers. It's now 3:15 and they have provided me with no additional update nor resolution. The burrito was soggy and kind of falling apart, but the flavor was good! Good portion of chips with the guac too which was nice.
