What Z likes about Per Se:
Impeccable service, but the food was on the salty side, especially for French cuisine. The complimentary cookies I received before leaving were also too sweet. It's a so-so experience for the price you pay. read more.

It was disappointing to see all the sub charges for supplements that they suggested. We have been to many Michelin restaurants and never have been charged for sub ingredients. Nobody mentioned that either, and when we expressed a surprise, it did not seem that anybody cared about us. Most dishes were good, but not amazing.
