3/22/22: the two are characterized by the black johannisbeeren scattered (very interesting sour taste in the fruit combined with a sweet crumb) and the classic NY cheese cake (big cheese texture with perfect crust,) both 4.5 stars. also had the key lime ring, brown butter honey pepper, salty chocolate chess, and the hudson valley apple crumbs that are quite good but do not stand out. to remove a star because the prices are too high.
