"A HUGE disappointment. We were not planning on a buffet. Perhaps it was our fault for not knowing it was Mexican Night but we saw nothing to let us know. As it was a Saturday evening during Spring Break, we felt we had little option but to stay. The price of $67/person was ridiculous. We have been staying at this resort for 20 years and have always found the food quality at El Meson/Talavera to be very good. This DID NOT meet our expectations. The Tortilla Soup was basically Tomato Soup. The fish was way overcooked. The Chicken Mole was completely tasteless. When the bill came, there was a 17% service charge added to it. Again, a surprise. We truly love the Hilton Los Cabos but this was not up to their usual standards."

"Our family of four walked into this little gem on our last night of a getaway. We were treated to the finest dining experience of our stay. Upon entering and being given a table with two pink chairs (a must for a family with...two girls), we immediately met Jenny and her young son. From there our night was set up with amazing seafood I especially recommend the Special Tower which is stacked with shrimp, scallops, and octopus and some great seasoning. After a trip to the well-stocked salsa bar, I was given a small container of habanero infused soy sauce. So delicious. And so spicy. The margaritas are top notch and the side plate of fresh tuna sashimi was delicious. This will be the first restaurant we visit upon our next trip to Cabo San Lucas. Muy delicioso! As a side note, the girls loved the mini wrestlers and wrestling rings to play with and we appreciated the handpainted artwork on the wall."
