This was one of my most terrible culinary experiences in NY since the move here in 2000. And I say as someone who was at least a dozen times at one of the two other locations of Rosa Mexicans in Manhattan. But they are worlds next to the Tribeca site, which is very disappointing in terms of food and ambience. read more.
