Nice food that was reasonably pricedFriendly service with a smile and continued checking in during the course of our meal to see how we were doing.
Pretty standard cafe although it's like half way between a cafe and a deli as you pay at the counter The guy who served us was especially good.

"One of those places that actually lives up to the hype. The food is delicious and decadent. The service is professional and attentive, but easygoing. IMHO this is the best burger in NYC and the French dip might even be better. Prime rib was good, but a bit expensive for what you get. Sides are all A+, best fries ever."

"Oceans is top notch. The service is incredibly. Our water glasses were always filled. The explanation of the dishes was spot on and the staff made you feel as if they wanted you there. The was excellent. From the charred octopus to the prawn specials to the steak, everything was delicious. Great place for a family gathering or friends meeting up."
