We made a reservation for a large party for a Birthday celebration and we had the best time. The service was outstanding and the food was incredible. The birthday girl is allergic to dairy and the staff went out of their way to find a dairy free dessert to serve her and added a big sparkler for the birthday celebration. What User doesn't like about Sagra Pizza West Village:
Waitstaff were extremely poor and inattentive. Put our drink order in 3 times initially and only on the third time did we get our drinks (which were incorrect). One of our main dishes didn’t come out and we waited an additional 25 minutes for it. No apologies from the staff or compensation. Even during the 25 minute wait for the third main, the hostess decided to eat her dinner at the table next to us. View all feedback.
