What Courtney Morris likes about Saju Bistro:
We love coming here for lunch or dinner, food is always wonderful and the atmosphere is very nice but you can be casual. My only complaint was the chicken paillard was a favorite as our waitress said, but we found it lacked flavor and was quite bland. My salmon was delicious though. View all feedback. We sat at the bar and tried to get served. Finally left after about 10 minutes. Just an odd overall experience of being ignored. Disappointed as we were looking forward to some seafood View all feedback.

The Saltwater Grill in Galveston is a longstanding favorite, recently updated with new menu items while keeping some classics. Saju Bistro offers a great pre-theater meal with a French Brasserie vibe and excellent service. The buratta appetizer and grilled seafood were highlights. Similarly, a New York City restaurant boasts exceptional food and service, even accommodating a large party. Attentive staff and a good range of menu options make it a must-visit spot. Even with some minor issues like long wait times and heavy squid in a seafood platter, the overall dining experiences at these restaurants were positive and enjoyable.
