A favorite Upper West Side eatery. I’ve always found the food good. Tonight was lightly seared scallops corn for me, a burger fries for my friend. What John Alhelm doesn't like about Sarabeth's West:
After giving us our drinks, waiter was not seen again for 48 minutes (including no offer of drink refills) until he brought our breakfast, which was pancakes and avocado toast. A minor apology but no other explanation as to why breakfast took longer than our four course dinner the night before. View all feedback.
Great service for eating. fortunately an hour drinks also helpful.
What used to be a fine culinary experience, feels more like eating fast. the west side eats sarabeths earlier the place where the green and white eggs were clogged in generous portions, was the rule of the day. the eggs I ate were burned, they could see the brown markings on the hard, somewhat gum-like concoction, overloaded with a sliced pitch and paired with a wet salate that takes up a quarter of my plate instead of a garnel. I was really disappointed.
Wonderful and cheerful service. Excellent food. One of the best kept secrets for dinner because they are widely known as a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant. Quiet and genteel.
Their muffins are delicious, the best coffee, I had four cups. the best marmalade ever.
Excellent service staff, considerate and available to our needs. The food was excellent and sizeable portions.
