savoury is a welcome addition to the neighboring restaurants on the upper west side. their i dian food specialties are authentic and tasty. her chicken corma is fantastic. the service is attentive, but eating is the main attraction. interesting and tasty food, a particularly good selection of Rieslings, for unknown reasons, though server was not very knowledgeable about the differences. The service was impossibly slow and there was no recognition, explanation, or apology. obviously there was a problem in the kitchen, but the good did was very good.
